The apartment is situated within a private residential complex in Son Caliu, a small cove set between Palmanova and Puerto Portals.  Son Caliu  is just a 20-minute taxi journey from airport (25km) where hire cars are also readily available and cheap. ​

 

Central Palma and the Portals Nous Marina are within easy reach as are over 8 fantastic championship Golf Courses

 

From the apartment it is an easy 3-minute walk from the pool terrace to the charming, quiet Son Caliu beach which is little known except to local residents, and safe for children. The main Palmanova resort area with its long, fine sandy beach is also no more than a pleasant 10 min stroll away.

 

The apartment is 70 sq m (approx) and situated on the 2nd floor (there are lifts) and has 2 balcony terraces facing south and west. There is an extensive, sun / pool terrace with a large swimming pool and poolside bar. In the summer months the pool has a lifeguard on duty.
